When I went to school for 3D Animation, lighting was one of my worst areas so I focused on my strengths of Character Modeling & Animation. This video I recently found gives a fantastic breakdown on the power of light in animation and why understanding how it works is so important, it just so happens to use one of my favorite films of all time as it’s example.

So I just Accidently Discovered the Perspective Grid Tool in Illustrator…

I missed a button press and activated the tool by accident and clicked in my work area and there it was in all it’s glory, I cant wait to get home ad play with these tutorials i found on it. I think it is really going to help me advance my skill set in illustrator big time.

Pop Art Nude

This is a piece i have been playing around with for a while now. I was doing it based on this tutorial i found about a year ago.

I think it’s getting pretty close to finished. It Just needs a bit more shading work and I think I will call it done. Feedback is appreciated.
